Both of his parents are fighting cancer. Hopefully his family will pull through this.

I've heard he is a good guy. He has done a lot for the game in the 90's and I wish his family well.

I got the chance to meet Ken Griffey, Sr. at the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum last month. He's a real great guy. I wish him and his family the best and I hope they both pull through.

Always seen him and Frank as somewhat similar (best players in the early 90s, injuries and slight downgrade in game, less notoriety now). Hope everything goes well.
