Santana's blisters

Gardenhire pulled Santana out after eight innings last nite and cited a blister problem on his middle finger.

Santana indicated that he had been having problems with the finger late in July and here in august.

Gardenhire feels like that is what caused Santanas 4.6 era his last three starts but that it seemed better last nite.

Santana confirmed that he would have to deal with it for the rest of the year most likely.

This might be our only hope to beat santana the next two weekends. Blister baby, blister.
