I hope this kid becomes a sox fan, lord knows how few of us there are in Westwern NY. Buffalo News sports' writer Jerry Sullivan takes his son to a game in Toronto, the sox happen to be the opposition.

Man Soo Lee is awesome. I saw him and his wife at Picnic in the Park. He was more than happy to sign my baseball and my buddy's bat.
I know it's been discussed here before, but Man Soo Lee is incredible. I was at Saturday's game seated close to the third base line and saw Man Soo give out countless balls to kids, pose for pictures with fans (even Tiger fans) and generally treat everyone like they were a paying customer. He does it every single day! The guy is worth his weight in gold in public relations.

I remember my first major league game. Washington Senators at Milwaukee to play the Brewers - 1971. The first batter I ever saw hit a long home run. My best buddy's dad (we are 7 years old at the time) got a foul ball at the game. I thought you got one at every game after that.

Man Soo Lee is so awesome. I was at a game with 2 of my buddies and we were standing down by the tarp before the game and Man Soo Lee came walking by and I said "Hey there's Man Soo" and my friend (a cub fan) asked how the heck I know who that is and I just said he was the coolest man ever and the nicest man ever and after I said that he gave a kid a rosin bag from the bull pen and signed autographs forever.
I am so happy that Man So Lee is part of the White Sox organization and his smile and demeanor is incredible. The only thing that bothers me is that none of our own local papers take this kind of angle.

Man Soo is the man. Incredibly generous to the fans and a pleasure to talk to before games. He loves kids. A simple "Hi Man Soo" can be rewarded with anything from a signed baseball to a bag of sunflower seeds.

There is a reason that my World Champions jersey has #59 MAN SOO LEE on the back of it.

At the Yankees game on Thursday some people in the corner sec 155 or so had a Man Soo Fan Club sign and where holding it up and he acknowledged them and thanked them. Man Soo rocks.
Also something I really like about this piece is that its about a Dad taking his son to his first ever mlb game. There is something very special about that.
I want Mags back

I love Man Soo for the smiles, waves, basically tackling my godson while he posed for a fieldside pic, and having the sweetest celebrations photos from last year's post season...
