my guess has to be that I checked no for both the house buying questions? or age?

I'm guessing age because I answered no to both house questions, and it went through just fine.

The rules listed:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Enter by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on 9/30/06. Void where prohibited. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Open to legal U.S. residents (except in Kansas, Missouri, New Jersey, Oklahoma, and Rhode Island) age 21 or older at time of entry. (Here's where the age thing may stop some of you.) Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Enter online or by mail. One entry in the Sweepstakes per person, regardless of the number of votes cast for the Hank Aaron Award Presented by CENTURY 21 or the method of entry.

Keep in mind the underlined statement. The way it sounds, we can stuff the ballot here!

Yep, it's age. But why the hell should it matter how old you are? Unless it's because they're not interested in contacting anyone who is not old enough to enter into a contract. (Is that even true?)

If that's it, count on getting some e-mail (or snail mail) crap about buying or selling your house.

I don't want to poo poo anything but the only award I care about seeing him getting is the winner of the 2006 World Series Award. Given to players who won the most World Series in the year ending 2006.

Ok, Why Paulie over Thome or dye????

Paulie is our 60 million dollar man. He's the "White Sox Slugger Firstbaseman" so he probably, be default, gets these nods.

We don't want you to poo poo either... :redneck

Well, we all know that's going to happen anyway, ZoSo... why not go for both?

I voted.
In regards to the age thing you are also entering a sweepstakes for WS tickets. Those usually have a minimum age of 18.

By the way, it is a lot of info, but when you hit back on your browser, all of it should stay (including all unchecked boxes and "No" options) except for your state... so you could easily get 10 votes a minute or so.

I personally want to see this done after all the White Sox snubs over the years (read: 2000 MVP). Let's do this.

I had to lie for my age to vote but It was either up to Ron Howard or Alfonso and I went with Howard, I want to see a rookie win it!

I think it will be a great Idea to find a Phillies interactive board and tell them Howard has our vote if they can return the favor for konerko...just an idea

I took Berkman in the NL. I'm so sick of the Pujols hype but I'm sure he'll probably win it.

I don't know. Have you ever seen Ron Howard hit a baseball?

But, I don't want to be in an "army" and nor do I want to be a part of a "nation."

Maybe a "militia" or a "community."
