Man, there isn't anything like a good Chorizo burrito with Asadero cheese...dee-lish.

When I lived in El Paso, my wife and I would travel to Chihuahua City, Mexico, numerous times in the year to visit her mom & family. I would insist that we stop along the way at a little restaurant in Villa Ahumada, Mexico, so I could get one of their chorizo burritos...I think I paid $1 U.S. for each of them...couldn't eat more than two. Good, good stuff.

Sorry for for the highjack, but my mouth started watering with the title of the thread. :D:

I can only eat it once or twice a year. The greasiest, spiciest, tastiest sausage ever.

Ever try to cook it? I made Chorizo enchiladas with mole' sauce (super-yum!) once and it took 3 weeks to clean my kitchen!

Awesome! I like it mixed with scramble eggs and mushrooms for breakfast. Don't forget the tortillas of course. Chorizo is also great when mixed with diced potatoes. I don't mean to turn this into a recipe thread but I just couldn't resist.

Sweet, I prediceted this one on the "prediction poll" they had on the website.

Some of the other possibilities where "summer sausage (but c'mon how do you stereotype this like they do the other ones), kilbasa (but they already have a polish sausage)...they had two others that i'm blanking on.
