Mike Maroth will supposedly be back in mid to late August. I am not expecting anything from him for the rest of the year though, and any Tiger fan who does so is barking up the wrong tree IMO. You can't really count on a pitcher coming back full strength from an injury, expecially a soft tosser like Maroth.

With Miner pitching so horrible we might be in big trouble with the last spot in the rotation.

You're right, he isn't bad defensively. However, though defense is important at first base, offense is what keeps you in the lineup. Since that streak at the beginning of the year, his offensive numbers have been putrid. Had he not had that streak and started average, he would not be with the Tigers right now.

Shelton - looks like a rodent and his hair is as red as can be.
Polanco - Huge noggin. We call him Merlin because helooks like that martian from the Flintstones
Inge - Looks like he's 12. Needs to shave that thing on his chin. Unless you can play the guitar you don't grow that.
Pudge - There was a photo of him in Miami in a pink suit. Looked like a drug dealer
Jones - looks like one of the village people

Everybody else appears to be normal, except Rodney who looks like he will kill you at any second so I wont' say anything about him.

On the Sox Joe Crede looks like the kids who drive around in trans ams wearing a wife beater.

Nope. They're all ugly. IMO, top to bottom, that is the AL All-Ugly team.

Meanwhile, Joe Crede is a hunk, as are all the Sox players.

And I really hope for your sake that your initial sentence was not intended as a slap to redheads. Of whom I am one.

I love redheads. But his is really really red. Combined with his teeth he looks silly.

Crede looks like he belongs with Kid Rock.
