So theres a thread on Little League teams you played for, now I'm curious to know where everybody use to play Little League? I spent a couple years at West Lawn and about 4 years at Midway. How bout you?

I grew up ( and continue to reside in East Chicago ) and I played for the Club Ki-Yowga sponsored Little League for five years. In high school, the EC Elks Club sposored a team, as did the Kiwannas Club.

Couple of years at Midway Baseball Assoc. ('72-'73) and a one year at West Lawn ('75).

But we always played at the parks a lot more than the LL schedule would allow.

I quit baseball at 15 because I got my first ever summer job. I've regretted it ever since.

I did the exact same thing. I got a job as a caddie up at Beverly Country Club at 15 just because I wanted to buy a car. I regret it too.
