Well, I'm not a lawyer and I've never played one, but if Law & Order is to be believed, a Grand Jury can indict anyone for anything.

Well, Barry Bonds is something of a ham sandwich.

With the money that has been put into this already trust me the goverment will not come away empty handed. They will get him into court somehow. I am not a believer in the heavy hand of the goverment but in this case I will make an exception. Bonds is a bad guy and he deserves whatever he gets.

If a tree falls in a forrest and no one arround it cares does it even matter if it happened?

This trial will be like the last episode of Seinfeld... Years from now he'll still be mentioned as a great and everyone will just say yeah, but the end just plain ******!

Berman will have to switch his stupid nick name from "Gary US Bonds" to "Barry Bail Bonds".

I hate Bonds I hope he gets whats coming to him. Suspend him from baseball indefinately and take his name off of beating Ruth's HR record. UGH I hate Bonds.

Actually, Capone died at his Miami estate. After he got sick, he got let out of jail and retreated to Miami.

Whatever keeps him from passing Aaron works for me (unless it involves death/paralysis/ransoms etc.). It's already bad enough that he passed Mays and Ruth, and he better not pass Aaron.

Good. Looking forward to seeing Barry in his orange jumpsuit doing the perp walk. Piece of garbage.

It's been very clear recently the grand jury is going after Bonds ... and even with non-talking witnesses locked up silently, there's probably easily more than enough to at least get to indictment
