June stats may not be all that comparable, since there is a lot of interleague play, which given the condition of the leagues serves better for Anderson and worse for Rowand. Still, I'm just happy B.A. is getting better with his bat. I hope Rowand the same.

And shouldn't they be comparing Rowand's and Thome's stats instead? AR wasn't traded for BA.

He just recently came back because he couldn't hack it anymore in the pros. CLR has been pining over Singleton since he was traded for Wee Willie years ago. :wink:
