Out of towners, especially those with MLB.tv subscriptions: which broadcast will you be watching this weekend? I have an MLB.tv sub, and my choices are either watch the Sox broadcast on my computer (usually mediocre picture quality and forced to stay in this room for the whole game) or watch the Cubs broadcast on WGN. Personally, I think the Cubs broadcasts have been a lot more bearable this year with the departure of Chip. Which will you pick?

I'll be on the road during today's game so its either uber-boring Farmer or lunatic Santo.

I will be following the first few innings of the game via the MLB.com gamecast or what the hell it is called and the WSI gamethread.

Yes.

I remember a flight I had there last year that was the second to last to leave that evening due to rain. It was supposed to be for 7:00 or something like that and it ended up being 10:30.

There was a 4:00 flight yesterday that was cancelled and those people were pushed onto the 7:00 flight that I was supposed to be on.

There was a 6:00am flight this morning that I was going to get on. There were three open seats and at the last ****ing minute the three girls who had those seats showed up. Same thing happened for the 11:00 this morning, so now I am waiting for the 4:00 flight. If that is no good, I can try the 7:00 flight. If that doesn't work, I'll repeat the same thing in the morning.

It wouldn't matter. They probably wouldn't let you rent since you are under 25. Hope you get home soon!

Comcast with DJ and The Hawkeroo.

I had a major dilema w/ todays broadcast. I get WGN in HD via OTA(over the air antena), but comcast I dont get in HD just regular, as my #2 HD feed is DTV. Anyways, I tried to watch the WGN HD feed, but listen to Hawkeroo and DJ, but the delay made it just un bearable, so I sacrificed picture quality for "our" announcers. I know, I know, life is rough.

I'm not an out of towner but I forgot to check which broadcast TiVo had chosen and it recorded WGN, so when I got home I breezed through it -- ugh, those guys are bad. Comcast is rebroadcasting though so I will see the high and low lights the Hawk and DJ way.

I will say this: I don't recall ever seeing so many Sox fans on a WGN Crosstown broadcast from Wrigley before. Maybe there were more Sox fans there, but they also showed actual Sox fans in actual Sox gear on the actual screen. We are the champs and WGN is a business: market forces are a wonderful thing!
