Going to the Urinal on Monday to see the Brewers start their sweep of the Flubs. Sitting in the historic Bud Ligh Bleachers too. Wearing my Brewer gear and I'm trying to prepare myself because going to Wrigley can be a shock to the system. Seeing all those huge, ugly, blue hats...clown colors all over the place!!!!!!

I really like D-Lee as a player and a person, so I hope he does well. I also hope the Brewers win by 10.

I'm hoping for a good quick game. CLEE slams it, 4-0 brew crew

I'm also going. My buddy's girlfriend got 4 free tickets, so I figured I'd go cheer on CLEE.

Why do people post about their trip to Wrigley on a Sox board. I don't get it.

It's acceptable to talk about your Wrigley experience on June 30th, July 1st, and July 2nd. Otherwise, unless there is something out of the ordinary that you witnessed there, I would have to agree with Chicken Dinner.

I'm going to the Urinal on Friday to show some Sox Pride, and watch our boys wipe the floor with that "other" team.

Practical question: I'd love to get a photo of myself next to the Harry Caray statue, but with my red 1970's White Sox hat on Harry's head.

Is this feasable, or would I get beaten to a pulp? :D:

Harry was ours first.

Just wondering, what kind of league are you in where errors hurt you?

Went to the game had fun watching the losers get out pitched and out hit.

Hate Wrigley or not bleachers are a good view of the game. We're all the way in right field bleachers. I was expecting to get doused with beer and profanities but there were a couple of brewers fans behind us and most of the cub fans were really subdued. One jerk was being loud but it was within reason. Good enough time for an annual visit.

Yet they are further from the plate than the much maligned upper deck at the Cell.

And close to twice the price.

I was going to create a thread for this, but I decided to just throw it in here.

So I'm sitting at the Cubs game with my buddies and there are four guys sitting behind us. (About 18-20 years old)

When the Brewers hit a home run, one of them says, "There's a sign when coming into the bleachers section that you have to throw the ball back."

When I told them that I'm a Sox fan and even I know there isn't a sign like that they argued and argued with me until I just said, "OK."

That was the most rediculous thing I had heard in a while. To think that some Cubs fan actually believe it's an outlined rule is just crazy to me.

I'm fine with the UD at the cell

It was awesome how the one home run was not tossed back
