Why do Ozzie and Buck Showalter not get along?

I have heard some things and the past about them not getting along but never really knew the reason. I bring this up because I was just watching Chicago Tribune Live and they started to talk about this but left me hanging on the reason.

Showalter made some comments about Ozzie not undertanding the rules of the game a few years ago. Ozzie being Ozzie told him to blank-off.
