Seriously... what's going on lately?

Triple-A Durham's B.J. Upton was arrested early Friday morning in North Carolina and charged with driving while intoxicated.
Upton was stopped at 3:30 a.m. for traveling 51 mph in a 30 mph zone. He flunked a Breathalyzer test when he registered a .11 blood-alcohol level, higher than the legal limit of .08. In other news, is that kid ever going to get called up again? I know he's a butcher in the field, but can't they move him to third? He can't be worse there than Huff.
