With all the Ken Doll Bashing of late I think its fair to point out his past position was director of player development and that the strength of the organization as acknowledged by industry observers is its farm system. The system is especially loaded with right handed pitching and has demonstrated a knack for turning our right handed hitters.

Many of KW's minor moves have been to correct organizational weaknesses and the lack of up the middle prospects (Rameriz, Garcia. Oliva) and left handed pitching.

The acquisistion of Clayton has been generally cursed but with Jose's tender hamstings how do you go a whole season without a better plan b than Graffanino?

The Sox are at .500 because of the depth of their farm system and will continue to contend because of the quality of the farm.

He was part of a management team that has built a great farm system. Let's give him the time necessary to properly evaluate his performance as GM.

He may be good as part of the management team, but as the top guy, so far he sucks.

Is "sucks" spelled Berry???
