Who are our three hardest throwing pitchers (starters) in Low A and High A?

Has anyone heard actually seen E. Sierra pitch since he joined BIRM? I know his stats probably aren´t great because he got off to a rough start, but how has he looked recently? Does his FB have any movement or is a Koch-Embree special? Has his control improved any?

Sierra had a plus fastball, but has always struggled in terms of developing his secondardy pitches.
