Like that is a surprise.


So as long as he can't get in trouble, he's willing to talk. Go fig. Also, he dropped his lawsuit against the writers of "Game of Shadows."


What a stinking, steaming pile of monkey crap! Can't wait for his leg to finally give out!

The voluntary dismissal of the lawsuit was predictable from the day it was filed. Bonds can't sit for a deposition -- questioning under oath by the opposing attorneys -- for the same reason he can't talk to Mitchell: his answers could be used as evidence against him. He could take the fifth, but that presents its own set of problems. The suit existed for PR & a vehicle for the filing of the motion for a TRO that the court denied.
