to spend on a hat. It can't be a Whitesox hat. What are you getting?

I gotta go with old school Brewers with the mitt and ball.

Charlotte Knights?

If you are talking Major League ball, maybe the Phillies, Dodgers or Pirates? Wouldn't do it though

Why would I want a hat from a different baseball team?

I have been looking at getting a phillies hat for some time now (I'm from PA), so if someone gave me the money for it, I probably would do it. Although, I like the old style P much better, it's clever with the baseball in the middle:

I picked that up last year for 5 bucks at the mall. It's a nice hat. I'm not big on buying hats of other clubs. I only have Boston and Phillies just cause I liked the hat, not necessarily the team.

I'm a big fan of either the old school Brew-Crew as well as the new Brew-Crew one. My friend and I picked up one of them at the Brewers fan-zone last week, great hat, looks great too.

I agree with m.s. theres nothing wrong with buying other teams hats, either you like the hat, or you support another team, maybe an NL squad (like the Brewers)

:bandance: Edit: 1,000 post! :bandance:

The Orioles cap with the American Flag on the side which would only be worn on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Sep. 11th and Sept 25th (day of the first game I've ever went to)

Does a beer helmet count as a hat?

That's a winner! I had this hat for about 5-6 years in high school / college and probably wore it every day to class in college. Obviously, it fell apart due to overuse, but I still think it's a great classic hat.

I already have a collection of authentic major league hats:

Florida Marlins (The ugly teal one)
Cincinnati Reds
Phillies
Pirates
Dodgers
Cardinals

I've been checking the New Era Cap Corner for a Padres hat but they haven't had my size for the past three weeks.

Most of these hats I've bought just before attending a game at Wrigley with my boss.

You are correct sir. They used to be an "A" affiliate of the Chicago National League Ballclub until about 2 years ago. I think either Prior or Woods had a rehab (surprise!) assignment here as well.

... as far as baseball hats go, I would NEVER wear anything other than my White Sox hat with the World Series patch, my White Sox hat with the American flag, my plain, everyday White Sox gamer hat, or my 1917 White Sox hat...

but... for $24.99, I do wear this one, on occasion...
