I know the season is only 1/4 done and it is unlikely that either will break the false record of 73, but do you want to see a HR race between Thome and Pujols? Yes they are in seperate leagues, but wouldn't it be nice to see 2 great clean players battle it out?

At the start of the season, I picked Thome to hit a new White Sox record of 50 homers this season.

It would indeed be awesome. They are class acts.

I'd love to see Thome get the franchise record for HRs. Belle is a rent-a-player and a jerk. Him having the record kind of sticks in my craw.
