The Knights and the I's are both underway. The Barons start shortly.

The Knights are in the top of the 2nd.
Sweeney spotted Haeger a quick 2-0 lead with a HR, scoring Gonzalez.
Also, Rogo singled and swiped his 9th bag on the season.

The I's already have 2 errors and trail 6-0 through 2 innings of play.
Rodriguez is gone after only 1 IP, 6 R, 5 ER, 5 H, 1 BB, 1 K.

This has been discussed before, but what is Sweeney's power potential, seriously? 15-20 HR's a season?

Just wondering.

Potential? I think it's more like 30, particularly playing at USCF. Will he reach that? I don't know. I would think he would have to have a couple years in the majors and change his approach a little at the plate in order to do that. I think he needs to be more selective in terms of looking for pitches to drive. It seems he often settles for pitches "he can handle" as opposed to looing for pitches to drive.

JMO.

Sweeney has some sort of hamstring injury, not sure if he is being held out as a precautionary move or if he'll be gone for awhile?????

Must suck to be Haeger and know you'll probably never get called up no matter what.
