Jhonny "O before H except in Cleveland" Peralta just smashed a 3-run home run in the bottom of the 1st to give the Tribe an early 3-0 lead on the Red Sox. Tim Wakefield is the starter for the Red Sox and he couldn't retire any of the first three batters of the game.
