Broadcast Note for Tonight's Game (Mon - 4/24 -CSN+)

Since Comcast is picking up the Bulls playoff game tonight (post game and the whole shebang), the Sox game is supposed to start on Comcast Sports Net + (CLTV, Alternate channels on satellite), and then move to Comcast after the Bulls postgame finishes
