Sox Have Won 30 of last 38 Games

They finished the season last year winning 16 of 17, and 19 of 22.

They're 11 and 5 now.

They've won 30 of their last 38 official games. That's an amazing run, but it also shows how amazing the Tigers 40-5 1984 start was.

30-8 is amazing. I just can't believe the Sox were 1-4 to start things off and are now 11-5. I mean, to be 11-5 is no big deal. They were 16-4 last year to start the season. But to be 1-4, and then be 11-5 is great. The 1998 Yankees were actually 1-4 to start the season. Then they went 45-9.

The Tigers were 35-5, not 40-5.

This is a very impressive streak we have going especially seeing how bad we stared the season! I just love the take it one game at a time mentality Ozzie and his boys have going though. I think that it has finally sunk in that we are no better than the Royals ( well maybe them) right now and have to go out and prove ourselves everyday.

When you look at it the sox are 27-6 in their last 33 and could easily be 31-2. But like paulie when he is hitting well- you ignore it and go out and play hard.

This team is fun.
