MLB Fines Bonds for Apparel Violation

Seems silly and trivial to me, but the MLB is apparently not willing to overlook anything where Bonds is concerned.

The "It wasn't a violation 2 years ago" defense seems like we may be witnessing a case of foreshadowing here.
