Reading the recap for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim victory over Minnesota today, I read that Luis Castillo was injured while running to first base on a single.
Anyone have details, i.e., if we'll have to face him in the upcoming series? This could be a big break.

According to CBS Sportsline's MLB injury report, the only player listed under Twins injuries is starting pitcher Dave Gassner. This list is pretty up to date so I would imagine he is playing unless it is a day of game decision for the Twins.

Castillo's knee has been bothering him since Opening Day.
He missed a game earlier in the season because of it, and said it was sore the other day.
He's off to a great start, too.

For once I agree with Homefish. Castillo is the only regular on the Twins roster hitting better than. 300 right now (.405).
