If you guys are interested in this stuff
State way has a total of 8 buildings but one was brought down last year. that leaves 3 buildings that run at a north west angle(these are the ones you can see from Comiskey) and 2 that are between 36th and 37th which run parrallel to the Ryan and two smaller ones on State. For FY 2001 three buildings have been approve for demo. The 2 that run parrellel to the Ryan( the one furthest south is currently being torn down) and the one that is on 35th st.(northern most building that angles northwest). That leaves 4. For FY 2002 the one south of the one on 35th is to be brought down and one of the smaller ones on state. For FY2004 the remaining 2 are to come down. From siting in the park the last remainging tall building you may not see do to the retirement home and of course you will not be able to see the on state either
