I know this is an obscure morning national business show on CNBC, but in the middle of a mundane live interview Becky Quick goes sideways and asks, "So you think the White Sox are going to take it all again this year?" The guest (who's name I don't remember) stopped for a moment smiled and said "Absolutely."

Becky's a confirmed Sox fan. I know her from her WSJ(that's Wall Street Journal, not White Sox Josh) days.

As a happily married man, I've 'appreciated' Becky for a while. But the news that she is a Sox fan blows me away. Is she from Chicago or something? I mean this vaulted her from a 9 to an icon. Wow.

Is she from Chicago or something? I dated her cousin in high school... She actually attended my school for a couple years before her bro got hit by a car and they moved to Jersey for the excellent healthcare they offer out there for the disabled...
