Wouldn't this be great to help identify ourselves at games or even restaurants, shopping malls, Grand canyon, etc.?

Sort of like the pins the Secret Service wear...... Identifyable only by those who know what it is and what it stands for...

Then if ChiSoxGirl or anyone else has anymore hassles with Bandwagoners and/or jags, we can back her up, we'll know who they are!!!

I think that's a great idea...I'm always wondering who's a WSIer at Camden Yards.

I would design something but I have no skillz. :(:

I like the idea! It's like humorist Jean Shephard said in his video,Chicago
White Sox, A Visual History, regarding being in a bad situation and needed help
you could yell out, "Are there any White Sox fans out there", and they would
come to your aid. Solidarity Baby!

How about we each wear one of these...

edit: In all seriousness I'm not much of a pin guy (I don't like the idear of pokin' holes in my expensive jerseys) but I'd wear one if it was cool. But they do have some killer shirts and hats in the WSI shop (shameless plug).

Doing a quick Google search there are several sites that offer custom pins and have free price quotes. I don't know what type of pin people would want or how intricate the design. I like the idea of using the Flyingsock logo if that is allowed. Those here at WSI would recognize it, but those that aren't members would be clueless about what it was.

Exactly. That was it would be like a secret code. maybe just the picture of a white sock with wings, no words, initials, etc.

This is actually a good idea, it would be cool to meet people at bars, SOX games, and just around town. Id pay for one if someone decides to get the ball rolling on this. Anyone else?

You do know there are links for getting this sort of stuff at the top and bottom of every page, plus throughout the website, right?

Barely. The mark ups are very small. Rest assured your purchases help CafePress more than WSI, but it's kind of cool to see flying socks around town.

A few years, while in Bosnia at a place called Camp Butmir, I tacked up a handful WSI stickers around post.
