Here is a video clip I made of the F/A 18 Hornet flyover from opening night. I shot it from the UD, sec 531, row 6. In the very last frames you can see roof of the UD and get an idea of just how low the planes were.

Thanks for the clip, ws05champs! We were to your right, in 527, and for us the planes were obscured until the last instant by one of the right-field light standards. The clip shows that they flew right at the lights and banked, um, late. Then they were just a few feet above the lights on the roof behind homeplate. Wild . . .

excuse my computer ignorance but I am wanting to burn this video but don't know how. Can someone walk me through it from window media player.

I sat in a direct line with the planes coming (3rd row upper deck on first base line) and would love to copy that.

thanks.

Here is generally how to do it:

1. After it finishes downloading and playing go to File > Save As and then save it to a location on your hard drive.

2. Assuming you want to burn it on to a CD just Insert a blank or rerecordable CD in your CD-R drive, open up your CD burning software and load the file (flyover.wmv) into it then burn it.

3. If you want burn it onto a DVD, follow the steps in #2 above except using a DV-R, your DV-R drive and your DV creation software. It is a fairly small file (about 400KB) so unless you want to play it on a DVD player, it will easily fit on a CD-R.

Hope this helps.
