Minor League baseball returns to the hometown of Shoeless Joe Jackson this week and looks like they have built a very nice ballpark ( a replica of Fenway )

Pretty good concept, letting the young players get acclimated with the stadium they may some day play in. It's sure to help the OF's with the caroms and such when they play against the wall.

The Red Sox AA team in Maine also has a left field wall. ( complete with CITGO sign )


now this year US Cellular is building monster type seating in RF. Hadlock Park is a great place for a game.

Then again, it'll make every outfielder who visits there also better. Statisticly, the more unusual and unique your park, the better your chances of making the playoffs.
