Anyone know if the Braves are televising tonight's game in Atlanta? I am hoping I can pick it up on my DirecTV package through Sportssouth, Fox, or some outlet.

Well, somebody somewhere has to be televising it; it's on the list for MLB.TV. However, it is not on the TBS station out here in Arizona.

Okay, what the hell is going on? I checked earlier and the Sox/Braves game was on the MLB.TV schedule and now, Presto!, it's not.

TBS listings indicate that Lara Croft: Tomb Raider is on tonight. Damn.

The game is on Turner south. For those with directv you usually get the turner south games. Also spring games are free to everyone with sports pack.

the bad news however is turner south is not a sportspack station and this game is not a regular game available over mlb ei. therefore, the game will likely be blacked out.

Thanks, I get Turner South through DirecTV. Hopefully, it won't be blacked out.

Yup it's blacked out, but Gameday is now up on MLB.com( I dont know if it was up earlier) so I'll be watching that.

Crede's pic looks sort of creepy on Gameday.

Looking ugly so far, 3 errors already for the Sox and were only through inning 3. Haeger had a throwing E, Ozuna had one in LF, and Iguchi just had a fielding E. Good news is were only down 3-2 despite the shoddy D.

More good news, Boone Logan comes in to face LaRoche in the 5th and K's him.

I wouldn't worry too much. We all know the fielder Tadahootie is, Ozuna won't be playing left field during the year (hopefully), and Haeger won't be on the team.

2-run homer by Thome in the 9th, Sox up 5-3!

Of course, the way GameDay is behaving tonight, they'll back up and say he sac-bunted Ozuna to 2nd (earlier, they temporarily took away a Paulie homer and replaced it with a stolen base :D: ).

I'll just add he did by mean of a 2-run HR.

6-3 Sox on a Cintron RBI single. Seventeen hits so far: me likey!

The guys on Turner South seem surprised that several of the Sox starters have gone all the way. They almost seemed pissed that PK hit that homer back in the 8th.

They did have a good discussion about the steroid investigation though.

Oh yeah, Ryan Sweeney- likey.

Yeah the lone dark spots on the game so far were the early E's and Brians 8 LOB.

Bullpen solid tonight.
3.1 scoreless innings from some major parts of our bullpen (not counting Tracey's adventure in the ninth).

Bobby pitched tonite. Perfect inning with a strike out. I hope someone reports on his velocity.

also: 100 POSTS- it took me almost a year but I did it!:bandance: x 100!!!!!

Ah, see, the little gremlins running GameDay wanted you to believe it was Jenks who struck out Langerhans and walked Orr...then that Langerhans had actually doubled off Jenks...then that Uribe had somehow popped up to 2B in the bottom of the ninth, off of Ted Turner...

Near as I can tell, either Sean Tracey (who won't make the team, BTW) pitched a busy yet ultimately scoreless ninth inning, or the game's still going with Ozney Guillen pitching for the Sox...

Me too. If GameDay is to be trusted, quite a few of his pitches in the zone were either swung on and missed or fouled away, which I think might be a good sign (regarding velocity). Also, a few swinging strikes showed the red dot well below the zone, which means his curve is probably dropping off the table like it's supposed to. Encouraging stuff...
