Haha... I think I just proved the point I was trying to make with my paper.

Oakland is a bunch of stuck-up, computer-nerd jackasses :D:

You would probably be upset, too, if the GM of your favorite team was incapable of winning a single postseason series.

Fortunately for you, the GM of your favorite team can.

He who laughs last...

well.... They did sign Milton Bradley so I guess your theory of teams getting players similar to their fan base is dead on!

I love ya,Frank,but give it up.Please don't embarrass yourself.
This is too pathetic to look at.The greatest offensive player
in White Sox history is now the equivalent of Michael Jordan
with the Washington Whiz-hards. :puking:

Want to wait at least ONE game into the regular season before you tell Frank that his career's over? Look - I suspect he will miss a majority of this season to injury too, but he's not Michael Jordan with the Wizards. He proved last year that when healthy he's still a force to be reckoned with and we can't tell him he's going to miss the entire season at this point.

I wonder if you know the definition of "hypocracy"?

Edit: Also, you might want to brush up on the grammar for your paper. Oakland is a city and is incapable of being a bunch of jackasses.

Is that a form of government run by hippopotami?

Heh. The vision of Congress I have in my mind right now is quite amusing.

Because it wasn't clear I was just joking by putting a smiley face at the end of the whole statement.

It's sorta like the same feeling you get when you see an old girlfriend you really really cared about in the arms of a different guy isn't it? :(:

Oh well. We'll all be fine and Frank's going to the Hall in a Sox hat.

In a way, yes, it does. I'm glad that Sox fans still appreciate Big Frank. I was looking at the Indians board on ESPN.com and some of them are now speculating that Thome might have juiced. Real nice...

I think its our duty at WSI to start spreading rumors about Armando Rios on the juice.

Man, after looking at that board I'm glad I have a place like WSI to post on, thats almost as bad as the mlb.com boards.
