I have received my season tickets, but not the parking passes. I've e-mailed and left a message for my rep, but no response. Thoughts?

Were you charged for parking? Did you get the mass email a couple of months back that offered parking? I answered "no" and "yes" to those questions because, it turns out, I was not charged for parking when I ordered it back in November and responded to the mass email by explaining that I had parking. My response was sent to my rep who then rang me up for parking and I wound up with Green Coupon parking because Red Coupon was sold out......

I did it over the phone and was charged (and paid) on 2/18.

I've got Tom and he responds back to my emails pretty much impossibly fast. I type pretty fast and it'd be hard for me to get the email, read it, respond as fast as him. It's like "message sent"....(5 seconds)...."1 paragraph message received".

You mean Chris? I hope I get a better rep next year, or there's a way to switch this year.

I got stuck with Chris when he can from the Kane County Cougars or wherever he came from replacing Brad, who was as good of a rep as you possibly could have. He never returns calls or emails and never answers his phone. I have asked to change reps 3 times, and this was before the big influx of new accounts, to no avail. If you talk to him eventually, you might want to try reading him the riot act, it works temporarily. I just call the Sox office now and get the season ticket reps. When they try to transfer me to Chris I just point out that that would be useless, and use the rep answering the phone for my needs.

Same here. I've only left Tom one voice message and haven't bothered with more. His e-mail response times are fabulous.

John is my rep. I think he works as a delivery guy for Jimmy John's. He responds to emails so fast, I freak (it seems like he responds before I send them!).

Jeff is great - returns phonecalls or e-mails ASAP.

My parking was in the same box as my tickets.

Hmpf, it's a good thing I'm not a real Ahole. My parking passes got shipped weeks before the tickets came. And when the tickets came, they got stolen. Evidently today I'm supposed to receive replacement parking passes and STs in the mail. If I only wanted to sell those extra parking passes......... No thank you. hehe
