I know some nasty construction is planned around The Cell this year. Does anyone know if it will affect opening day or the 2nd or 3rd games against Cleveland?

Or, is it happening later than that?

If so... what's the best alternate route if one is taking 55 North to Dan Ryan East?

They generally do construction when they know there will be more and more drivers in coming years.

They're smart enough to know that area of Chicago will soon be a ghost town...

I think Damen maybe the best exit, however traffic may back up to that area, 55 seems to get bad before Cicero sometimes when I go to Midway, you may even have to get off even at Harlem(depending haw far it is backed up)
