I was at work turning the dial and came across a baseball game. Twins vs Reds! It's hard to read the dial on the radio but it looks like it's 680.

Anyone else think this is strange? At any rate I'd rather listen to this than the Bulls.

Hmm, looking into it I get it too, but real staticy. WLW 700 AM http://www.700wlw.com/main.html

Good catch, way to stick it to the man!

You can get 1100 or 1110 from Cleveland pretty good at night. I was listening to a few Indian games last year.

WLW is the only radio station that can be heard in all 48 states ( or so they have claimed )

Their daytime signal is scary

You can pick up what used to be WMAQ (now the Score?) 670 in a LOT of states. I used to listen to Sox games and before that country when I was in my middle school years and they used to say they could be picked up in 35 states and had received letters and calls from Arizona telling them they were coming in fine.

My roommate in college in Columbus used to set up an antenna that wrapped around the ceiling of the room so he could pick up FM stations out of Cleveland because the rock stations in Columbus sucked.

Don't rely on a simple antenna, use speaker cable (as a simple solution) and run a long antenna off your inputs and you will be amazed at the amount of stations that jump up at you...
