Primed for a repeat

White Sox have a good chance to do what four previous champs did not.

TUCSON, Ariz. · The unmistakable message sits prominently on a massive photograph above the entrance to the White Sox spring training complex.

"Grinder Ball Rule No. 71," it reads as the World Series trophy glitters nearby. "If at first you succeed, repeat."

Scott Podsednik says he hasn't noticed the display or the call to arms, but the White Sox leadoff man probably didn't need any additional motivation.

Coming off a World Series sweep of the Astros not quite five months ago, a victory that ended an 88-year championship drought for the franchise, Podsednik and the rest of his club say that experience merely whetted their collective appetite for greatness.

It's a good article, not particularly in depth but for out of town not bad at all.
