So now we are going to have to listen to Gammons talk about the WrongSox, and Morgan's Barriod Bonds worship, while J. Miller tries to call the game.

Beautiful

Jon Miller is a great announcer. I wish he could just work solo.

Ok, great, set yourselves up folks, home opener vs. Indians live on ESPN:

"You know, both these teams played great last year. I thought coming down the stretch the Indians would win the division and the World Series. But it was something when the White Sox got hot and won 16 or their last 17 games on their way to the World Series. I knew all along that they would win the title, I just didn't want to say it. However, this year, I think the Minnesota Twins will win the World Series because I'm a windsock and I keep hearing about that Francisco Liriano kid being the next Pedro Martinez and who cares if they have no offense or an infield made up of has-beens/never-will-bes, they will win it all!"

I write some of his material....

Sunday Night Baseball's Opening Night telecast will feature the World Series Champion Chicago White Sox and MVP Paul Konerko visiting division rival Cleveland April 2 at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN2. The game will also be available on ESPN2 HD, ESPN Radio and ESPN Deportes. Baseball Tonight, with studio host Karl Ravech and analysts John Kruk, Steve Phillips, Harold Reynolds and Gammons (from the ballpark), will precede the game at 7 p.m.

I didn't know that Pawtucket Pete left his 2nd row behind the plate seats at Fenway during the summer except to go to Bristol and spew his nonsense.

Let's just make the booth really smart by adding Jeff Brantley.

I also didn't realize that Konerko was the "MVP"...Dye was the WS MVP and no Sox player was the league MVP.

You can't tell if Peter Gammons is talking, has a mouthful of ice cubes, or is choking on a handful of mashed potatoes.

For the love of God, don't do it!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe he will be like a sideline reporter type like he was in today's WBC game?
