By far the worst rankings for us yet. Again as someone said, if Jenks is considered a prospect he's saved WS games, has to be higher than B talent. Everyone seems to be as low on Sweeney as they were high on him a couple years ago, boy are they in for a surpirse. He's definitely someone I'm not worried about producing in the least bit.

Hernandez is much too high IMO, considering his Low A performance last year sent him back down to Rookie ball, even though he's still very young. A lot of guys we just drafted in the teens, 11-13 struck me as high for those particular players, but I do love all of them especially Clayton Richard.

It's good to see Broadway ranked high. I don't get all this love for Sweeney, I don't know why there is never any love for Owens.

I don't get all this love for Sweeney

Because he's a "natural hitter" and you don't have many kids at 20 years old with a bad wrist come through AA with that description...

I don't get all this love for Sweeney.

Have you seen the kid swing the bat or throw the ball? His swing is a thing of beauty and his arm is a cannon. He's way ahead of schedule and he's already a quality outfielder. The only thing people can legitimately rip on is his lack of power, and I truly think it will come as he matures. He might not hit 30- 40 dingers, but 20'ish are definitely within reason.

Has anyone seen Sweeney swing this spring? I was wondering how his wrist was doing. Hard to get that power surge with a bad wrist.

i have liked a lot of lists on this site but not this one at all. A lot of players were way to high while others were way to low. if you are putting jenks on the list then he should be number one and broadway is ranked to high. his stuff is not good enough to put as high as he was ranked. He has good control and a good pitchers mind but his stuff is not outstanding.
