Although I normally don't think too much of Rogers, he seems to have done his homework here.

yeah, it is really not hard to imagine thome killing everett´s numbers, and anderson coming up just a little short, lets say 15 homers and 60 rbi´s, but adequately replacing rowand.
heck, if joe crede is really going to bat 9th, we might have one of the best offensive line-ups in baseball with improvements from uribe, crede, iguchi, aj, thome and anderson....not to mention mackowiak makes our bench quite a bit stronger than it was last season, and borchard-grieve-gload-jacobsen could be a pleasant surprise and give us more pop than willie or timo for sure
