Since Im too lazy to read the article is Bud actually offering anything in return.....Maybe a Min. Payroll at some point for serious concessions by the players? Some sort of way to force smaller market teams to spend cash they get from Revenue Sharing?

I was under the impression that Bud would talk to all the player reps. Then I read the article.
