I think this is a good move for the Reds, hopefully for the RedsKrivsky can build that battered pitching staff, and add depth to the minor leagues.

Most of all, this means Griffey is coming to town!

The Reds need a Twins-like approach... the last regime was just horrible.

You get something resembling a pitching staff in Cincy, they could make some decent noise.

The fact that Kearns could have been dealt for Westbrook or another pitcher like that just shows you how clueless O'Brien was.

If this guy is any good, Cubs might be looking at a 5-6 place finish in the next year or so. :o: :wink:
