Loretta is going to be the gem of that lineup. I really, really like that guy, he does his thing, doesn't complain, doesn't make a big deal. While his number may not show it from last year, he is one of the top hitters in the game.

It looks like a good lineup, but the bottom drops out Lowell is all but finished, Nixon is decent, The Greek God of Walks is what he is, and Gonzales is meh... they'll contend in the East, but I'm still questionable to their pitching.

Well it's a good thing they got Willie Harris ready on that bench.

He may be playing more than he thinks

That lineup 1 through 5 looks pretty scary. But the bottom part looks kind of weak.

That's a lineup that looks worthy of getting swept out of the ALDS again.

The hope is Lowell can't be any worse than last year and in any event he has to be an improvement over Millar.

Nothing can dampen my mood this morning as a bar I have been going to for way too may years is reopening after being closed since last June :D: :gulp: :gulp: :gulp: :gulp:

Hey, that's great news!

And I agree with SOXintheBURGH. I know somehow I'm supposed to be more impressed with this line-up than I am, but feh. Totally sweep-worthy.

Their lineup's good enough; it's the pitching that will determine everything.

The "Greek God of Walks" is not even a little bit Greek. (He's Jewish.) Google it if you doubt me.
