I just checked with the Hyatt. Parking for hotel guests is $16 per day. (Regular rate is something like $36 per day.) If you're not staying at the hotel, I recommend the Millenium Park underground. Only two blocks away and MUCH cheaper.

Is there in/out privileges for $16?

Thanks for the info! I think maybe the train will have to do for this weekend!:redneckIf you're coming from the south, the South Shore stop is pretty close. If you have to go into Northwestern or Union station, it's a mile or more.
I've never gone in/out but others have said that you do have in/out privledges. If in doubt, call the hotel 312/565-1234.

I think it'll be the CTA Blue Line for me. $7 total, including parking and two rides @ $2 each.
At least it won't be around zero degrees like it was last year; I arrived at the Hyatt after walking from the CTA dressed for a trip to the South Pole!

IIRC, parking at the Millenium Park Garage is $16/day as well. It is $13 for less than 12 hours.

I learned the hard way last year in terms of parking! I got to the Hyatt around 8p on Friday night and all of the valet was taken already because of a college basketball team and its guests also staying there, so the valet guys directed me to a garage across the street. Unbeknownst to me, it was $30/day, so when I went to leave on Sunday, I had a $60 parking bill!!!!

Well, I just took a walk over to the park (I only work a couple blocks away) and parking is indeed $13 for half-day and $16 for full day. Same deal at the Monroe Garage to the east.

If you're staying at the Hyatt, $16/day is a deal. Especially with in & out privelages. Good luck finding that price in a secure lot elsewhere

Ah, I see where you're coming from now. Yeah, if you are not staying at the Hyatt and don't need in-out privlages, the garages are the way to go. If you are staying at the Hyatt, its a no-brainer.
Man, the prices on the garage parking has gone up a ton in the last few years. It used to be $12 for the whole day only a few years ago.

Special rate for SoxFest attendees: $20.00 for the day, per the hotel. Not bad since I'll be splitting it four ways.

I live in Park Millenium, which is right next door to the Hyatt. We have a parking garage that is open to the public, which you can enter on Stetson. Rates are not too bad, especially if you're only at SoxFest for the day. 12-24 hours will run you about $23.
