CF - Rowand .287 24 80 - 88 R, 21 SB, .368 OBP
DH - Thomas .321 42 146 - 121 R, 120 BB, .454 OBP
LF - Ordonez .311 31 127 - 109 R, 22 sB, .358 OBP
1B - Konerko .281 34 107 - 88 R, .331 OBP
RF - Borchard .276 30 105 - 18 SB, .343 OBP
SS - Valentin .261 18 78 - 72 R, 18 SB, .326 OBP
3B - Crede .274 16 72 - 32 2B, .330 OBP
C - Olivo .258 10 48 - 32% CS

Garland - 21-6 3.13
Buehrle - 18-7 2.68
Ritchie - 12-13 4.75
Rauch - 14-4 3.36
Malone - 8-4 4.14

Foulke - 46 SV, 1.87

Ahhh, the culmination of all these prospects. Rauch and Malone get their feet wet a la Jason Bere in '93, paving the way for the best top 4 in the game. I can dream can't I?

I think you're a little optimistic about what Aaron Rowand can do as a full-time ballplayer, and while Ray Durham is certainly capable of those numbers, I wouldn't count on it. Garland is simply not that good of a pitcher, and Buehrle is good but not THAT good.

Other than that, your optimism is certainly refreshing...

Hey, without negative comments, this would be like a Cubs board.

I understand you can get college credit in Iowa for being a demented, baseball-ignorant idiot!

I'll take the credit for that considering I made it. I have to redo that sig, it looks bad compared to my others.

I think the point that everyone is missing is that the Flubs will never be in the World Series. The true color should be the impossibility color (deep pink).

:D:

Too close to sandy brown, which as we all know is the half-kidding color. (Really, I'm not making this up.)

Couple of thoughts...

Where is Lee in the lineup? If he isn't on the team, who do you envision the Sox getting for him? Since everyone on your team in 2003 is either currently on the big league club or in the minors what happened to Lee?

I too think 2003 will be the Sox year, btw...

For a pipe dream color, how about skyblue (as in daydreaming)

Yeah, why choose Rowand in the OF rather than Caballo? His defense may not be, but he's better offensively, and who knows, he may rebound this year. Other than that, not bad, except for the few bonehead moves KW has yet to make.

Naw... too hard to read, that, and I picked teal when I offered the sarcasm color suggestion because it was sort, and easy to type. If you get a moron like me behind a keyboard, It'd take me some time to find all the keys for skyb...., ehh, you know what I meant to right...

Just use red or blue would work

You know I'm a rodeo fan; B.S. is much more green than brown. After all, it's just chewed up grass.
