Hey Everyone...

Does anyone have any info on promotion dates for 2006? I'm guessing the Sox will continue the Saturday night fireworks tradition and I'm sure there's an Elvis night somewhere as well. Just wondering if there is a schedule with some definitive dates yet.

Thanks!

Maybe they'll have it at SoxFest.

I think generally the promotional schedule is constantly in formation. Annual events like dog day are probably set in advance but giveaways can be set during the season.

I expect the increased exposure will result in a Cub sized number of give away days this year. Personally it does not make me come to the park, but I always like to get something for free that I can use.

It would be incredible if the Sox gave away replica rings on ring ceremony day similar to what the Bulls did during their run.

Yep. I expect that they will have it at SoxFest, but it usually isn't highly advertised (you really got to search to find it) and it is "subject to change".

Perhaps they should make one of those snow globes with a miniature Puffers inside and a bunch of Sox fans hanging from the windows and crowding the streets outside celebrating the World Series title on that beautiful night of the 26th of October, giving those out!

Dare to dream... :D:

No kidding...But, did any of us really care that it was freezing rain the entire night? I don't think so! I still get goosebumps when I think about that entire night! I hope to have that feeling once again this year! :D:
