Millar and the Orioles on Thursday neared finalization of the deal, according to a team official who requested anonymity because the former Boston Red Sox (http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/clubhouse?team=bos) star has not yet taken a physical. The exam, which was expected to take place Thursday, was the only remaining step in the process.

Kevin Millar is a "Red Sox star"??? What does it take to get "star" status these days, a .272 average and a dirty batting helmet??

the only thing he starred in was this video

You may have already seen him on the big scoreboard at Fenway Park, but here's another chance to see Red Sox firstbaseman Kevin Millar do his best "Born in the U.S.A." Springsteen impersonation.

Isn't he the tool who claimed to have coined "Cowboy Up" and "idiots?"

No arm, no range, no power, no speed, no production.

Sounds like a good fit for the O's!
