The fourth team might be San Diego. However, it is not the Los Angeles Dodgers or the Toronto Blue Jays as both have dropped out.

His decision may be made as soon as Thursday.

Everyone else agree that he will be signing with the Yankees in the next few hours? They need this move just as something to show their fans as evidence of them trying to get better. The same can be said about the Astros but they suck! :redneck

Any truth to the rumor that Cleveland wants him for RF?

Donīt they already have Blake and Gerut in RF?

Theyīre a hard team to figure out...after Hafner, they donīt have many dominant offensive players, but they are strong across the board. I guess you can count Victor Martinez the way he played down the stretch. And Sizemore is on the cusp, so to speak. Broussard can be scary....Crisp has some pop. But I think I like the White Sox line-up if Thome is healthy.

But they have quite a few pitching woes to take care of...they still need to replace Millwood and Howry.

Gerut was traded to the Cubs and then from the Cubs to the Pirates.

Giambi pitches Yanks to Nomar
The Yankees' latest pitch to Nomar Garciaparra is coming from Jason Giambi. Joe Torre has already made a phone call to the former Red Sox shortstop, and Giambi was planning to talk with Garciaparra yesterday, a person with knowledge of the situation told the Daily News.

I suspect he is leaning towards the Yankees. If he does it will be very interesting to see the reaction at Fenway in May when the skunks come in.

Giambi pitches Yanks to Nomar

Most likely he showed Nomar the big collection of pornos he keeps in the clubhouse.

Lol. The skunks. That made me laugh. :D:

Anyway, weren't the Twins interested in him as a third basemen a while back? I guess that was shot down. My twin fan friend will be sad. She had her heart set on him, even if it was a pipedream.

According to the Score's George Offman, the fourth team is the Dodgers. With them recently signing Bill Mueller, what position would Nomar play? Catcher??
