Last year, I bought tickets a few weeks before Sox fest, so this year, I figured I could do the same. Then they all sold out. Now I am sad.
I wanna go! :whiner:

I've been there the last two years, but wasn't able to get any for this year. I'm devastated and sad.

I wish I had... It was something I definitely did not expect. Last year was the first time I went and it was great. I am sure this year will be amazing. :whiner:

There may be some avaliable from fellow fans if the powers that be allow people to post that they have extras. I have six for Friday night and I am pretty sure they are spoken for but if not I will let folks know.

You can definitely post if you have extras...for face value only.

My friend and I got our soxfest tickets a while back. We got two rooms. I was looking on Ebay and the rooms are going for 3,000. We might sell one of the rooms. We could buy a lot of stuff in the Garage Sale for $3000.

Why in the hell would anyone pay 3K for a hotel room? If you're coming in from out of town, stay somewhere else nearby and just get a ticket.

At that price you could do a whole let better than the Hyatt Regency!

Its tempting to sell, because if they really are going for $300 I could finance a good chunk of my March vacation with my one ticket. But I'd forever be kicking myself for missing the Best Soxfest Ever! So looks like I'll be at the Hyatt in Jan.

For anyone who's going, or thinking about going, and hasn't booked hotel accomodations, here's a great deal for the Courtyard Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile.

"Stay a half block off Chicago's famous “Magnificent Mile” for only $79 at the Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile. This special saves you more than 50% OFF regular rates, and is valid for stays Dec. 4-Feb. 28."
