Games are scheduled to be replayed on Thanksgiving holiday weekend on MLB channel 175. They have not listed an exact schedule yet...

If you want to record them into something more manageable (and that requires less babysitting) than audio CDs, you might want to look into a software package called Messer:

It can be used (with the lame_enc.dll, which the site has working links to) to record whatever is coming out of your PC sound card to an MP3 - and it has VCR-like programmability, so you can set it to start and stop at whatever time(s) you choose. Plug your XM Radio into your your PC's line in, make sure you can hear it come out the PC speakers, and you're good to go. I've used it before, and it works very well.
