Place to see the Sox in Chicago proper

I am going to be in Chicago for my 5th wedding anniversary on Thursday. I'm going to see Ben Folds at the Chicago Theater and staying in a hotel in the Theater District.

Would any of you have a suggestion (should the Sox go to game five) where I could go after the concert to catch the end of the game?
