We still have too damn many outfielders:
Lee, Singleton, Rowand, Simmons(remember him?) and possibly Liefer. Plus Borchard should be coming up by next year and maybe a September callup this year.

and too many shortstops. One of whom KW can't seem to give away. Crede should be at 3rd.

TYPO, you meant to say, they WON'T give that Manos away. The other guy that claims to be a SS though... His name isn't Tony either.

Not if I have anything to say about it.

You should have gotten those incriminating photos like I did.

If you are talking about Brian Simmons, he's a Blue Jay, courtesy, I think, of the Wells deal.

That's only 4 OFs with major league experience. Liefer is no outfielder (i guess we play him there).

He was part of that deal but at the end of the season the Jays waived him and the Sox reclaimed him.

Didn't know that.

Well, he's a good defensive replacement. Can't hit much, though.

What I didn't het was I saw Buck Martinez say during the season that Toronto had the best 4th outfielder in baseball. (simmons) Was that damage control to make their part of the trade look better or was he drinking?
